Open Houses

Finding a school for your child is a huge decision. At ILS, we believe that it is fundamentally important for families to find a school that shares the same values and that they trust to walk alongside them in the all-important work of training and educating their children.

This year, we are offering the following open houses where you can visit our campus, hear from our headmaster, and see our classes in action.

Tuition

We believe that a high quality, Christian education should be accessible to all families. While the stellar education we provide has a cost, we are proud to offer competitive tuition rates for our area and to support ILS families with over $105,000 each year in various forms of financial aid.

All financial need is assessed independently from the admissions team, so your family’s financial position will not affect your child’s admissions prospects.

All tuition remission is the discretion of ILS School board, and while we aim to offer all the support we can, not every family that qualifies will receive an offer of tuition assistance, or one that covers the entirety of demonstrated need.

The application process at Immanuel comes in two simple phases.

  • Visit the School

    • Attend an Open House or contact the school office to set up a tour

    Submit an Application

    • 1st round admissions deadline is January 16, 2026

    • Please complete our online application and contact our admissions team to discuss availability in a particular grade level or ask any other questions

    Complete a Financial Aid Application (As needed)

    If it looks like your family will be a good fit at Immanuel, our admissions team will move your application to phase two.

  • Student Assessment

    • Our admissions team will work with you to schedule a student assessment

    Parent Interview

    • Presuming your student is academically ready for Immanuel, admissions will contact you to set up a family interview with our headmaster and admissions team.

  • Acceptance

    • You will be notified of an acceptance decision by our headmaster. If admitted, you will recieve a formal letter offering your student(s) a spot at Immanuel.

    Financial Aid

    • For families who have applied for financial aid, the school board will send a letter detailing any financial assistance awarded or automatic deductions applied to your tuition rates.

    Tuition Deposit

    • To secure your spot, you will submit a tuition deposit of $1000, which includes a $225 registration fee and a $775 tuition deposit charged to FACTS upon receipt of the signed Enrollment Contract. The tuition deposit is nonrefundable.
